Notes

  • All of these prices are for establishing a baseline! There's a ton of factors that can affect the price I quote you.

  • Emotes are cel-shaded.

  • Sketches only receive 1 WIP.

  • If you would like art to be physical, inform me ASAP in order to draw in the appropriate format.

  • Physical merchandise price includes image formatting and shipping fees, may be higher if shipping out of the US.

  • Existing images can be made into merchandise, with the permission of the copyright holder. Note, low resolution images may look grainy or pixelated.

  • I'm happy to work within your budget, as long as you ask nicely.

Hello! I am Cris, aka Bubbble.
I have a BA in Art History & Art, and I graduated in '23. Based in Florida, I've been illustrating professionally since 2019!
I love to illustrate all sorts of things, animals, characters, frogs, etc!
I love to make merch of my silly little drawings, and I can make stickers and button pins in-house! I also have experience with outsourcing, for items like stationary and acrylic charms!

Are you available for commissions?Maybe! View my queue on notion!
How long does it take you to finish a commission?This varies greatly depending on the scope of a project and my queue at the time. I will provide an estimated time for reaching your spot in the queue and finishing your commission. I should take no more than a month to finish an illustration. If there are any delays, I will inform you.
How many free revisions do I get?You get 3 major ones during the sketch stage, and 3 minor ones during the rest of the commission! I'm happy to do more, but you will need to pay for any additional ones. (TOS Section IV)
Do you offer commission refunds?It depends on how much work I have completed for you! (TOS Section V, and Section VI)
What currencies do you take?I only accept USD! (TOS Section II, Subsection 2)
Can you ship merchandise internationally?Yes! I can ship anywhere in the world, however the client must cover shipping costs. I can fulfill via PayPal Invoice, or a custom Etsy listing. (TOS Section VI, Subsection 5)
Is your packaging eco-friendly?I am currently using up overstocked packing material of mysterious origin, after which I will transition to eco-friendly packaging. Additionally, I re-use whatever I can for packing orders.
I'm allergic to pets and nickle jewelry!I have a dog! She's not involved in much of my creative process, but her fur inevitably ends up everywhere. All of the metal parts in my jewelry are mixed metals, and is likely to react with sensitive skin. However, button pins are tin and don't often touch the skin. I can make hypoallergenic jewelry upon request.

Terms of Service

I. CONDUCT

  1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.

  2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.

  3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.

  4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

II. PAYMENT

  1. Commissions must be paid in full before work begins.

  2. Payment accepted in USD only.

  3. Payment will be requested only via PayPal invoice.

  4. Money sent without an invoice will be considered a non-refundable tip.

  5. If a deadline is given, an additional rush fee will be required.

III. PROCESS

  1. Watermarked WIPs will be given throughout the commission process.

  2. Commissions are generally expected to take no longer than 1 month from full payment to complete.

  3. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.

IV. REVISIONS

  1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.

  2. A maximum of 3 major revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.

  3. A maximum of 3 minor revisions are given after sketch approval free of charge.

  4. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.

  5. The artist reserves the right to cease making revisions if the requests made are excessive.

  6. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

  1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.

  2. A full refund will only be given if no work has been done.

  3. Partial refunds will be given in proportion to the amount of work completed.

  4. Once the commission is complete, no refunds will be given.

  5. If the client ceases contact, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

  6. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.

VI. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  1. Physical product commissions are divided into two parts: Illustration, in which the other terms outlined apply. And production, in which the following terms apply, but are not limited to.

  2. Payment for illustration and production should be paid in full, otherwise a payment plan can be arranged.

  3. All costs must be paid in full before production of physical objects begins.

  4. An additional commercial use fee will be applied for illustration if the client wishes to use a third party for manufacturing, and/or retail the product.

  5. Client is responsible for paying shipping costs, shipping insurance, taxes, customs fee, and VAT if applicable.

  6. Custom Physical items (Prints, stickers, buttons, anything that must be shipped to the client) may not be refunded once produced. If a refund is requested part way through production, only the equivalent cost for unproduced items will be provided. Finished merchandise will be shipped to the client or forfeited to the artist.

  7. Damage or loss occurring in shipping is not the responsibility of the Artist. Insurance will be provided for packages. Replacements of reproducible merchandise (stickers, button pins, etc.) can be made if the client or insurance covers production costs.

VII. COPYRIGHT + USAGE

  1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.

  2. All art and merchandise is non-exclusive unless otherwise negotiated.

  3. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.

  4. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced. The artist reserves the right to post finished or WIP images or videos for promotional purposes.

  5. Artwork posted to social media by the client must direct viewers to Bubbble.Art.

  6. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.

  7. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
